Dia del Independence
Another week in Xela has passed, and I can’t believe it, but I’m almost halfway done with this leg of the trip. However this week should be really fun because it’s the week of the Guatemalan Independence Day (Sept 15), so there are parties and a giant fair and the celebrations go on for a week. Still having a ridiculously busy schedule and only free on the weekends, but loving every day of it. Going to dinner with my friend Jenny tonight and possibly to the fair. Miss everyone and sending you love from my Guatemalan home.
